Our consultancy service provides professional negotiation on behalf of developers with government agencies and local planning authorities. We focus on balancing archaeological conservation with the economic necessity for profitable development.

Usually our services are part of an integrated package covering all necessary archaeological works; however we can also act in a purely consultancy role for our clients. In this role we provide independent advice on the need for, character, cost and duration of archaeological works. This can review either proposed or already contracted works; and we can manage a third party archaeological contractor on behalf of a client.
